Savoy Cabbage Noodles with dried Tomatoes
Ingredients for 4 Persons:
- 100 g Pasta per Person (e.g. ribbon noodles or penne)
- 1/2 Savoy Cabbage
- 100 g dried Tomatoes
- 1 Onion
- 1 Cup of Cream
- Salt and Pepper
This month there is a delicious – winterly – dish out of mum’s kitchen: Savoy cabbage noodles with dried tomatoes.
First wash the savoy cabbage and cut it into strips about 1cm wide. Peel and chop the onions. Heat some oil in a frying pan and fry the onions until translucent. Add the savoy cabbage strips and sauté briefly. Then add the cream and simmer briefly. Season to taste with salt and pepper and chop the dried tomatoes and add them to the mixture.
In the meantime, bring salty water to boil and cook the noodles. Drain the pasta and mix with them with the savoy cabbage.
Grate the parmesan. Chop the walnuts into small pieces. Arrange the noodles on plates and sprinkle them with the nuts and parmesan.
You can hardly eat better on cold winter days! Enjoy dinner!Zurück
