Tuscany Fillet Pot

Ingredients for 4 Persons:

  • 500 gr. Filet of Pork
  • 1 Package Bacon
  • 2 Cups Cream
  • Tomato Paste
  • 1 Dose minced Tomatoes
  • Tomato Ketchup
  • 2 Cloves of Garlic
  • Paprika
  • Chili
  • Salt, Pepper
  • Rosemary, Thyme, Basil
  • Butter
  • Breadcrumb

 

You feel like having something real tasty? Then we have an awesome recipe for you this month – Tuscany filet of pork!

First, wash the filet and carefully dry it. Then cut it in slices (medallions). Grease a casserole with some butter. Then wrap the filet slices in bacon and place them in the casserole. Preheat the oven onto 200°C circulating air.

Put the cream in a pot, heat it and add the minced tomatoes. Add one spoon of tomato paste and ketchup and mix the sauce. Peel the garlic and stamp it. Add it to the cream sauce.

Spice the cream sauce with salt, pepper and the herbs. Then shortly cook it and add it on top of the filets in the casserole.

Finally, spread a bit of butter on top of the filets in the form and sprinkle some breadcrumbs on it.

Put the casserole in the oven for about 40 min to bake it.

The Tuscany filet of pork goes well with rice or simply baguette or tagliatelle. Enjoy it!
